Hillary Clinton Videoconference

On June 6th we successfully connected with Senator Hillary Clinton for a question and answer session. Among the distrcits participating were Beaver River, Indian River, Carthage, Lowville, and Watertown.

Updates

On June 6th we finished all of the summer updates for the Middle School.

Middle School Updates

Spent the majority of May 31st over in the intermediate and middle school performing system updates and hardware upgrades.

Setting up for Videoconferencing

On May 29th I met with various representatives of those involved with the Hillary Clinton video conference. We configured the room setup and did some initial testing with the Tandberg to make sure the sound and video streams were optimal. We then conducted our test call in the afternoon which was successful.

Specialty Concerts

May 16th was spent getting the hardware hookups ready for all of the streaming events about to take place in Indian
River. The equipment was setup and the broadcaster was tested. Once tested I completed the links for the online component.

More System Updates

On May 14, Shawn and I spent the better half of the morning finishing the memory upgrades and Windows updates in the Intermediate School.

Indian River Updates

On May 10th the day was spent in the Intermediate School performing memory upgrades and windows updates.
